Which companies do you work with?

We work with various industries for commercial, strategic and analytical positions from entry-level through to experienced and executive. On the permanent side, we work with:

Professional Services: We largely work with boutique consultancies , offering opportunities in strategy, operations and implementation, typically specialising in a particular sector/industry.

Investment and Advisory: Whether you have prior experience within PE, VC or Family Offices or not, we can help you make the move. We work with these firms directly and with their portfolio companies.

At graduate level, we also recruit interns and graduates for a number of financial services firms. This can be for larger schemes during the autumn period, or individual roles throughout the year.

Industry corporates: We typically work with PE or VC-backed businesses who are looking to hire individuals with a strategy/management consulting or investment banking background. We work across strategic, operational, commercial, transformational and growth focused remits. We cover all levels from graduate to Head of and C-Suite.

Digital and Tech start-ups: We work with exciting start-ups, typically from Series C upwards and in their growth/ scale up phase. These organisations are usually looking for their first strategic hires to help drive growth and best position themselves in the market.

Can I work part-time?

All of our opportunities are full-time positions; we do not offer part-time opportunities.

Where are your opportunities located?

The majority of our opportunities are based in London; however we do occasionally get opportunities outside of London or internationally. Consulting positions usually involve national/international travel.

Do your clients offer visa sponsorship?

This is done on a case by case basis. We make a note on whether you will require sponsorship and when discussing relevant opportunities with you we will know whether the client is able to provide sponsorship and share opportunities that can offer this.
