Our client got in touch with Freshminds’ Projects Team as their London-based Strategy Team needed to call in senior researchers who can speak Spanish and Italian. They were undertaking a strategic research project to increase their international presence, especially opportunities within Europe, and they didn’t have the language capabilities in the team. We contacted our extensive freelance consultant network, and placed 2 of our senior researchers. The brief

As they are currently setting their future growth strategy, our client was looking at the scope for expansion in Europe. To help complete this vital project they needed experienced researchers with exposure to consulting as their team was lacking Italian and Spanish speakers. They would be required to provide an in-depth analysis of the Italian and Spanish markets, and scope out how the client needed to address their strategy for expansion. The project included conducting desk research (reading reports and extracting critical insights) and primary phone research, spanning the breadth of the market so that it covered our client's variety of service offerings.
