A government-funded organisation is looking for a Policy & Quality Data Analyst to provide strategic support on an interim basis.

This organisation aims to support young people and inspire them to develop their careers by connecting them with employers and careers programme providers.

They require a highly diligent Policy & Quality Data Analyst to take on a brand new position, ensuring contract accuracy and analysing the required outcomes. Using your previous analytical experience, you will be responsible for making improvement recommendations and ultimately driving a greater impact.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the policy and data analysts and the third-party fund manager, ensuring their systems and processes support grant recipients to provide the organisation with the required performance information
  • Helping to design and develop the organisation’s approach to monitoring returns of its funded beneficiaries and undertaking quality assurance reviews, including site visits to ensure programmes are delivered in line with contracts
  • Identifying appropriate contracting and payment mechanisms that encourage grant recipients to deliver high impact programmes


Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate within a business or numerically-focused discipline or have equivalent training / work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experienced in producing meaningful reports and presentations
  • Previous experience in contract management  / quality assurance systems would be ideal although not essential



  • Duration: 6 months
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Day rate: £150 PAYE
  • Location: London
