Strategy & Marketing Consultant for Innovative Event

£400 per day

A leading events company is looking for a passionate and driven consultant to run the marketing activities for an international arts festival. After a successful launch, the festival was acquired by a major events company which is now looking to drive significant growth and international expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing marketing activity and assessing performance of the event
  • Developing a formal marketing plan including digital strategy, social media, ticketing, e-commerce and merchandising
  • Identifying the best partners in the market to outsource these activities to, keeping complete control of the process
  • Reporting to the key stakeholders on critical activities and timelines
  • Conducting ongoing analysis into marketing and brand related expenditure in order to understand the ROI and other key performance metrics such as direct impact on sales, conversion rates, website traffic

Consultant requirements:

  • Strategy consultant keen to work in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
  • Experience in digital strategy and/or brand marketing
  • Creative yet organized, eager to take up a challenge and find solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Details:

  • Day rate: £400 (on a limited company rate, depending on experience)
  • Start date: September
  • Duration: 8 months (part time)
  • Location: Central London
