Strategy Consultant for Online Marketplace

£350 - £400 per day

Consult for a fast growing innovative online marketplace to analyse data and gather key insights on supplier engagement to help drive strategy. The company has evolved into the global arena with over £100 million in sales and is currently looking towards future expansion of the business.

The role sits within the leadership team and will report to the Director of Community with the objective of working effectively with new suppliers.


  • Identify the most useful data set through aggregation and cleansing
  • Carry out data segmentation to identify where the most sales activity has taken place
  • Offer key recommendations on metrics such as cohort analysis to help drive supplier strategy

You may also be required to run workshops with key suppliers to gain further insights

Your Profile:

  • Experience from a leading strategy consultancy
  • Highly analytical mind set with experience of using insight from data analysis to inform strategic decision making
  • Ambitious individual with the desire to work in a entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Retail/E-commerce experience desirable


  • Start date: January 8th 2018
  • Duration: 3 months with the possibility of 4 days a week
  • Day rate: £350-400 IC
  • Location: Central London
