Do you have an interest in the charity sector and enjoy flexible working?

Join a well renowned charity as an interim Strategy Manager to support the development of their new operating model and lead projects for the implementation of the change. The charity is currently undertaking a large-scale strategic review and transforming the organisational structure to enable the 5 year business plan.


  • Identify inefficiencies in the current operating model and recommend improvements
  • Map out the change process in line with the objectives of the organisation’s strategy
  • Support the implementation of the operational and organisational changes, working with the business units to ensure objectives, goals and KPIs are met

You may also develop insights from research and analysis to design and manage new strategic initiatives for the organisation.

Your profile:

  • Highly strategic and analytical mind set having worked in a consultancy or strategic role within industry
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively across business functions
  • Exposure to developing target operating models and implementing complex change management


  • Duration: 9-10 months with flexible working hours
  • Start date: Monday 11th December
  • Salary: £43,070 pro rata FTC with an excellent benefits package
  • Location: London
