Senior Policy Development Manager
£70k plus 25% bonus
This leading healthcare provider is looking for someone to be responsible for defining their core policies. Reporting into the head of change delivery, you will lead a team of policy authors to define policies that address the clinical needs of their members and the commercial requirements of the business.
You will be required to create and implement approaches and processes for policy development through change management. Integrating clinical, commercial, customer and competitor considerations, you will develop policies that ensure this business remains the industry leader.
In this linchpin role, it is essential to have a broad range of skills to be successful. The candidate, most likely from a management consulting background, will have some policy development experience in a healthcare or pharma related discipline. A combination of strong analytical skills and cross-functional stakeholder management experience is essential in order to obtain and synthesise the information required to produce structured and effective recommendations.
Ultimately this organisation cannot function without effective policies, and this role is essential to the organisations continued success.
