Senior Associate - Training, Design and Innovation

We are working with a small and entrepreneurial team which has developed an innovative online learning platform. The team sits within one of the largest and most successful professional services firms globally so has a strong network as well as various funding opportunities to take advantage. It is at a particularly exciting time in its growth cycle.

We are looking for an innovative and creative individual with experience in creating and designing training, ideally online. With a strong consideration for the product’s value-add to clients and a real interest in the psychology and neuroscience behind continuous learning, you will be working to develop the product to ensure its success as a revenue generating product in its own right. Your role will involve working with developers, pitching to clients and creating improvements and developments, both as part of a small start-up team as well as alongside the wider internal team.

You will either need experience in creating and designing training courses, ideally online, and a strong interest in psychology or neuroscience or experience in preparing learning materials (such as Teach First) coupled with a strong interest in psychology or neuroscience. You will also be hands-on, creative and a natural communicator, both with clients and as part of a team.
