Reward Analyst - Global Financial Retailer

Our client, a highly successful multi-national financial retailer, is going through an exciting period of expansion and growth and is looking to add a bright and ambitious Reward Analyst to its team. This is an opportunity to step into a business-critical role where your focus will be to ensure that rewards and incentives are structured fairly and efficiently across the company on a global level.

You will develop a versatile and valuable skillset, taking ownership of a cutting-edge analysis platform and devising ways to maximise its potential. In this position, you will be working as the right-hand of the Global Head of Reward and will consequently be awarded with a high level of responsibility and trust. The role is a consultative and entrepreneurial one, requiring you to take initiative, to innovate and to liaise with a range of senior stakeholders across the entire business.

You will need:

  • A 2:1 or higher degree from a top university (ideally in a quantitative discipline)
  • 1-3 years experience in an analytical and commercially-minded role
  • A strong grasp of Microsoft Excel (VBA, macros, data modelling)
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to be on a steep learning curve
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Anaplan software would be beneficial, but is not a requirement
