This is a fantastic and hugely challenging role to drive results within an international retail division of this iconic global brand player.
The remit will be wide ranging and in essence is tasked to drive commercial results and measure sales revenue through a key retail channel. The ACS Manager will ensure that the EMEiA division has optimum reporting, training and best practise management tools to operate efficiently and meet its commercial KPIs. The role demands a real mix of strategic and analytical capability together with outstanding influencing skills and most importantly an in depth knowledge of the retail channel and its drivers.
Working across the region and in conjunction with the new Business Development Director you will be tasked with conducting sales performance analysis to drive insight and defining models to drive metrics and best practise operational models including the best deployment resources. Whilst the role requires a holistic and highly strategic overview of the division it is highly operational and is part of the team that owns the divisions commercial KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have worked within retail or within FMCG in a brand or category function. Additionally, the candidate may have worked within the retail practice of a leading consulting firm where they have delivered commercial results with direct revenue impact. The academic stipulation is a first degree from a top tier university, with an MBA from a leading business school highly desirable. As the role sits in a central function working though a matrix country management structure, it is essential that the candidate can demonstrate outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills.
