A fast growing start-up is looking for a Regional Account Manager to join the team and offer ongoing support to their growing network of franchisees around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting existing franchise managers
  • Building close relationships with franchisees and assisting them with all matters of business
  • Improving the franchise infrastructure and environment
  • Delivering and improving the franchise training programme
  • Assisting the wider HQ team  

Requirements

  • A 2:1 or higher degree from a top-tier university
  • Ideally 18 months+ experience working in a commercial role
  • Strong business acumen
  • A good communicator and problem solver
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Someone who is comfortable giving support and advice
