By engaging senior level executives from a range of FTSE 100 companies our client helps businesses understand the future of work and helps them to adapt their work practices and organisational culture so that they remain up to date. Using innovative technological tools they gather valuable insights for their clients and provide tailored solutions to some of the questions which their clients have on future working practices.

The Client Services Consultant role appeals to individuals who are highly energetic, proactive and have impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You will need to be self-motivated, determined and collaborative in order to thrive in this role and you will have the unique opportunity to interact with high level decision makers, representing the founder – a leading authority in this field.

The suitable candidate will be bright, with a high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to engage high level clients.


  • Advising senior clients on aspects on the future of work and how the business can help them solve their problems
  • Engaging with potential future clients in order to deepen the relationship and develop the business
  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders in order to manage from end to end the smooth delivery of the bespoke projects 


  • 3-5 years highly commercial experience
  • Experience in either project management or business development
  • Expertise in dealing with senior clients
