One of the leading global restaurant chains are looking for an Operations Project Manager to analyse and improve their business performance and processes to create a simplified, efficient model to achieve their ambitions of making the chain the best QRS operator in the UK.

This role will be based at head office in Woking and will report directly to the Head of Operational Innovation with working relationships across the company and externally. Responsibilities will be wide ranging across all commercial, operational and strategic functions with lots of opportunity to take ownership and be supported by the wider team. You will be managing and executing the chains largest strategic priorities and projects, reviewing and driving efficiency within the business and assessing ways to reduce costs through tech and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a couple of years experience in consulting coupled with another couple of years operational experience within industry. You need to be a self-starter with strong leadership skills who enjoys solving commercial problems, improving efficiency and analysing performance to drive results.
