This role will afford a superb opportunity to define and grow a sophisticated web analytics function; our client is a household name in the classifieds space, and they seek a marketing analyst to enter into a brand new role. The role exists to undertake ongoing marketing reporting and analytical management, and over time to take applied customer analytics to the next level.
The role will involve regular liaison with key stakeholders within the sales, finance and product management teams, to offer robust insight around channel effectiveness, customer demographic, segmentation and lifecycle value, and fluctuating sales trends. You will have proven experience in e-commerce analytics, ideally through having spent time within a high performance organisation. Your skill set will encompass strong qualitative and quantitative ability, and a know how regards web based reporting applications. You will offer advanced Excel skills, ideally with VBA or SQL. Any experience within a consumer marketing environment will be a bonus.
