Research Assistant

As a Research Assistant, you'll initially be providing support on projects within a collaborative team- for this you’ll need a good eye for detail and the ability to think both analytically and creatively. You'll learn and take responsibility for qualitative and quantitative research methods across different industries. On top of this, you'll have access to clients at an early stage of your career including going along to presentations and meetings and will be able to take advantage of excellent internal and external training with a view to your first promotion after 6-9 months.

  • You will have an entrepreneurial and creative flair for problem solving and project management as well as a collaborative and proactive approach to achieving the best results.
  • You'll need a 2:1 or above from a top university and will need to be able to demonstrate abilities within both quant and qual.
  • You will be highly analytical with an eye for detail at the same time as being able to understand the bigger picture and think strategically on behalf of your client. At times, this role will require you to be flexible in your approach and to change tact in a short space of time- so you'll need to be comfortable with a dynamic environment.
