The company is a leading energy start-up who is currently in a period of exponential growth and has already grown their customer base by 400% in the past 12 months.

Their aim is to change the way the energy industry treats customers AND save the planet at the same time by only providing RENEWABLE energy. They focus on making energy simpler, cleaner and greener.

The company is focussed on growth and retaining top talent. Individuals can, therefore, progress quickly through the business based on performance and move into positions of interest when they become available.

The role

The mission you would undertake is to help the company’s customers overcome complex issues. The role involves working in a small team to conduct customer research in a customer service remit, and then understand the findings to deliver key transformation and growth initiatives. 

You will receive extensive training on both the company and the energy industry in order to achieve this and there is the strong possibility of retaining a permanent position within the company after the project.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct customer research and satisfaction
  • Understand the industry and the product in order to troubleshoot customer queries and solve problems
  • Find and deliver process improvements, boost efficiency and provide customer satisfaction

  • Location: London
  • Start date: Monday 15th October
  • Duration: 8 weeks as a temporary role then a transition into a permanent position
  • Compensation: Initial 8 weeks on a day rate of £120 with focus on transitioning into a permanent role salary £27.
  • Bonus Scheme: Weekly performance scheme with a possibility to earn 15% - 20% bonus of your day rate or annual salary
