Integration Manager for an International Travel Company

A fast-growing international online travel company is looking for a manager to oversee a crucial company-wide integration project to ensure stable growth and maximize value. It will involve platform rationalization, building project roadmaps and implementing necessary changes across different business units. The role will report to the MD of the UK business unit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Owning and continuously developing the technical integration roadmap to rationalise international platforms
  • Managing the integration team of 5 people across the relevant territories
  • Defining the work streams needed to carry out the delivery of the integration roadmap including critical tasks, KPIs, milestones and timelines
  • Delivering the roadmap and implementing necessary changes  through the integration team as well as the other local teams
  • Providing regular progress updates and critical commentary on overall results of the  project to senior stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

  • Consultant from a leading consultancy with experience in e-commerce, online travel or flash sales
  • Strong track record of managing and delivering complex corporate projects, ideally in the area of M&A, integration and change management
  • Experience in navigating a matrix organization, strong stakeholder management and cross functional communication skills

  • Day rate: up to £700 (limited company)
  • Start date: 26th March
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: London (40%), travel to CEE (60%) – travel/accommodation expenses covered
