Independent Management Consultancy, Phone Researchers

An independent management consultancy is looking for 2 experienced phone researchers to support them in London on an interim basis.


This independent management consultancy provides evidence-based advice to help businesses to grow, manage risk and make better investment decisions. They focus on sectors such as business and support services, construction and building products, consumer, retail and leisure, energy, utilities and natural resources. They conduct due diligence projects in multiple sectors, competing directly with international consulting firms.


They require support on a large project in their due diligence practice, which is targeting markets in Australia, HK, Singapore and UK. They require 2 experienced phone researchers to conduct in-depth interviews with case management grade lawyers.

Due to the difference in time zones, the interviewers will work from 2am to 12pm and will work on-site together with the rest of the team in their offices near Bank Station.


  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews with key contacts
  • Write transcripts and thorough, in-depth summaries for each interview.
  • Report back to the project manager with your findings

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience conducting market research, especially primary research
  • Experience conducting cold-calls and in-depth interviews with different respondents
  • Excellent research and communication skills


  • Day rate: £180 PAYE
  • Start date: 29th April 2019
  • Duration: 2 weeks 
  • Working hours: 2am – 12pm
  • Location: Central London (Bank Station)
