A leading Private Equity company is searching for an HR Assistant to join their HR Function. Reporting to the HR Manager you will support throughout the entire employee life cycle, liaise with various international HR executives and act as a company point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, prepare monthly payroll information and contribute to improving HR processes across the business
  • Responsible for recruitment and on-boarding, launch recruitment campaigns, co-ordinate intern programmes and put HR inductions in place
  • Co-ordinate the administration and communication of employee benefits


  • Achieved a minimum of 2.1 from a leading University
  • Interest in HR or previous experience in HR
  • Problem solving and analytical mind-set
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail


  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 months fixed term contract
  • Salary: £28,000 (FTC)
  • Location: London
