Our client is a global magic circle law firm, providing premium business law advice. They are looking for a Head of Client Solutions to create new go-to-market strategies, client propositions and new client solutions for their Senior Legal Partners. This role sits in the non-legal side of the business and our client is not expecting this candidate to have an in depth knowledge of the legal sector, but rather an enthusiasm for strategic consultative sales, strategic marketing, process improvement and new opportunity spotting.

They currently work across three core areas; Transactions, Risk and Regulations. This Head of Client Solutions will work closely with the Partners and external clients to spot new opportunities and synergies, alongside coming up with fresh ways of thinking on how to grow as a business. To be successful in this role, you will have the commercial acumen and intellectual firepower to unbundle large complex offerings and then re-bundle them into a new, viable and pertinent products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

You would have management of a team in London and also oversight of employees spread across their global offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to be instrumental in shaping how a magic circle law firm approaches their market place.
