Create the go to market strategy for an innovative early stage insurtech venture. Consulting for the Co-Founders, you will realise their vision for growth through the development of a go to market strategy including sales, marketing and distribution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define target customer segments for the product and key distribution channels

  • Develop the go to market strategy for sales, marketing and distribution channels

  • Forecast the commercial and financial impact from the strategy

  • Support the founders in detailing a job description for hiring a permanent Commercial Director

Consultant profile:

  • Strategy consultant from a leading consultancy

  • Demonstrable experience in creating go to market strategies with customer base definition and distribution channel assessment

  • Strong understanding of the insurance market

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

  • Duration: 2 weeks

  • Day rate: £500 – 800 IC
