Fast track management scheme for an international Engineering / Oil & Gas business is looking to hire two or three highly driven, proactive and pragmatic individuals who bring at least 5 years experience across both engineering and operations.

This scheme is rotational across their incredibly broad range of operating companies – and for the right practical, motivated individual it is an excellent chance to network broadly at global group level and have a hand in defining your future position in this PE backed international company. Historically many people have left this scheme into senior MD and General Manager type roles within one or other of the operating companies and these moves have often equated to massive steps up in terms of seniority and responsibility after a relatively short space of time.

The work itself can be incredibly diverse and swings between strategic, operational and commercial so they are always looking for well-rounded candidates who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck into a range of different functions from business planning to business development to actually running a business. Key to this position is excellent communication skills and they are keen to see people who are equally comfortable presenting to a board as they are talking to engineers on an oil rig and everything in-between. Also given the international nature of the role and the broad range of businesses under the companies umbrella they need prospective candidates to be entirely globally mobile.

As such given if you feel you have the right blend of experience and are globally mobile and wiling to travel with work please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
