An international and expanding FMCG company is looking for ambitious and commercial graduates to join them, working with some of the biggest brands in the world. This is a commercial, fast-paced and data orientated programme based in the Sales and Marketing team, with a heavy focus on negotiating and trading skills.

With 70% of the company’s revenue over the last three years driven by new products, your role will involve managing brand accounts on a regional, then national level. Typically, progression is 30% quicker than at comparable companies and within three years you could be solely responsible for managing 50 million pound accounts.

Year 1 - Field Sales: As part of your first rotation, you’ll be assigned a territory and form external customer relationships through regular store visits.

Year 2 - National Accounts: Here you’ll have full accountability for developing the strategic plan for your account to not only hit but exceed net revenue, gross margin and net working capital targets for your account portfolio.

Year 3 - Marketing: You’ll be responsible for delivering key marketing activities and financial growth objectives for your assigned brands or brand segment.

Requirements

  • Have obtained or be on-track for a 2:1 degree (or above) in any discipline
  • Be domestically mobile within the UK whilst on the scheme – (company car supplied)
  • Be internationally mobile at the conclusion of the scheme
  • Have the legal right to work in the EU
  • Have valid EU Driving License
  • Be able to start full time employment in September 2017
