Our client is a fast moving entrepreneurial organisation within the Education space. They are incredibly passionate about inspiring and preparing the younger generation for the world of work. This Director of Strategy and Insight role will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and report directly into the CEO.

They are looking for truly exceptional candidates ideally with a background in strategy consulting. In this role, you will be able to spot insight and opportunities, use superb analytical quantitative skills and have the ability to recognise strategic patterns and trends to then present and action plans at a senior leadership level. You will be able to manage in all directions and thus have excellent internal and external communication skills, dealing with both the public and private sector on a regular basis.

There is a huge amount of blue sky to create and implement new strategies and products for this business. They are really keen to give this role a lot of space and opportunity to grow and there are any number of prospective directions it could take depending on the proactivity of the individual that takes on the challenge. Using research and large data sets your ability to slice and dice the information on offer to spot new opportunities will be pivotal in creating new workstreams and products for this business.
