Our client uses data analytics technology to aid and improve marketing strategy and execution within the sports industry. Working with the top sporting bodies around the globe, they have developed their own unique technology to help clients get the most out of their data. They are looking for a Director of Client Services, reporting directly into the CEO, who will have a small team of direct reports and have scope to grow out a wider team around them over time.

As Director of Client Services, you will be expected to come in and hit the ground running on two large projects due to kick off in the next few months. Though not necessarily responsible for business development, a lot of this role will be developing and nurturing the already existent client relationships. Furthermore, you will be responsible for liaising with the technical teams to ensure that the client is getting the most from the platform.

The ideal candidate will be data savvy, passionate about technology and have a real drive for client and stakeholder engagement. You will have spent at least 7 years in consulting twinned ideally with an operational role in a start-up or technology/B2C environment. You will be working with the most exciting sports brands undertaking the most cutting edge projects, therefore an interest in this sector is desirable.
