Digital Analyst for Multinational Telecoms Provider

£150 - £240 per day

A world-class telecommunications and digital service provider is looking for a highly analytical candidate to join the digital team initially on an interim basis.

The company operates globally across Europe, Africa, and Asia and has over 210 million customers so they serve close to 10% of the world’s population!

Having recently been transformed, the digital team is now focussed on integrating a new mobile application across the customer base and on-boarding new commercial merchants.

As a digital analyst, you will report into the Director of Strategy and Operations and play an integral role in developing the digital strategy by helping to run the Content and Partnerships team. More specifically, you will be providing analytical support to the team by using their dashboard to provide custom reports, providing oversight to procurement processes, and helping to drive the process for managing and on-boarding vendors through their Compliance, GDPR, and Procurement processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing analytical support to the Content & Partnerships team and investigating the data on how their merchants interact with their customers
  • Compiling periodic and ad-hoc reports, investigating observable trends in their data warehouse
  • Helping to manage the Procurement process interface and administer the Procurement, GDPR, and Compliance audits for on-boarding new vendors

With investment of over £1 billion, it is a really exciting time to join the digital team at the early stages of growing their mobile application.  


  • Strong analytical skills – able to analyse large datasets using Microsoft Excel and produce charts and reports to present to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills – able to influence peers in a team and displays a positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Experience working in market research and project management


  • Day rate: £150–£200 PAYE or £180–£240 Ltd.
  • Duration: 3 months, likely to be extended with the potential to go permanent  
  • Location: central London
  • Interview process: one face-to-face with the Director of Strategy and Operations
