A technology start-up at an exciting stage of its growth is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their small team and help drive strategic initiatives and scale. This highly successful business is at a particularly exciting stage for someone entreprenuerially-minded and hungry for a challenge to get involved.

They have developed an innovative solution to help companies across a range of industries tackle difficult questions around value and ROI through an SAAS-based product. They already have over 150 clients, many of which are household name brands.

As Customer Success Manager you will develop relationships with existing clients as well as managing on boarding, driving internal processes and looking at strategic projects to help drive growth including identifying opportunities and taking a consultative approach internally.

This is a great role for anyone interested in technology, the start-up space and being a significant part of business growth. We are looking for consultants with 1 to 2 years’ experience but if you feel like you have a relevant skillset for this role please apply now.

  • A minimum 2:1 from a top-tier university
  • 1 to 2 years of solid experience as a consultant (or in a commercial role where a relevant skillset has been developed)
  • Strategically-minded and with the ability to take a structured approach to a range of tasks and projects
  • Experience working with stakeholders.  Customer focus is key
  • An interest in technology would be beneficial
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty!
