The UK’s leading online retail grocer is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join their Insight team within Grocery. This innovative company is a pioneer in the market and is growing fast! Therefore they need the very best people for their team to keep it moving at a pace.

In this role you will work collaboratively to understand the best way to target customers. You will extract, manipulate and analyse data based on areas such as how customers decide what products to buy, how they find products on the site and what can be done to increase brand loyalty. Based on your findings you will then make critical recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate:

  • 1-2 years in an analytical role
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Curiosity about customer motivations and human behaviour
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of SQL and Visual Basic would be advantageous
  • Quantitative degree from a top-tier university and Mathematics A-level (or equivalent)
