A leading multi-national telecoms retailer with an ambitious 3 year plan is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead on day to day relationships with some of the firm’s biggest partners. This highly successful company is constantly looking at ways to diversity and innovate with strategic partnerships sitting at the forefront of this.

As a Commercial Manager you will manage end to end relationships to maximise profitability as well as taking responsibility for the commercial agreements in play.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the commercial strategy of your partnerships and ensure delivery
  • Maximising revenue generation on behalf of partners
  • Working with internal teams to ensure delivery of wider strategies
  • Managing contractual KPIs, targets and tariffs
  • Providing leadership support with the team to ensure priorities are completed on time

In order to be successful in this role you will need a proven track record of excellent relationship building skills. Prior experience with negotiation would be desirable. You will need to be a self-starter, resilient in a fast-paced retail environment and strong commercial acumen.

You will need:

  • Ca. 2 to 4years of experience in a consulting position or a role that demonstrates a strong consulting skillset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strategic thinker
  • Driven to meet targets and manage multiple relationships both internally and externally to a high standard
  • Ability to work under pressure
