A fast-growing healthtech start-up who are revolutionising the healthcare industry are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven candidate to join their new Client Services team.

This exciting business works with hospitals and patients across the UK in order to relieve the pressures the NHS faces. They are a tech and app-based product and thanks to their innovative approach have millions of people signed up to their service.

The Client Services team is an integral part of the business and will take a consultative approach to all aspects of what the business does from working on optimising the product to conducting workshops with hospitals and working with stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work on analysis and reporting and undertake problem-solving to find the best solutions for all parties involved and drive growth.

This unique role will give you a great insight into all areas of the business and you will be integral to its growth going forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is entrepreneurially-minded, has a passion for start-ups and is keen to get their hands dirty.

What we are looking for:

  • Ca. 0-2 years’ of experience with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university
  • An excellent communicator and strong stakeholder management skills
  • A problem-solver
  • Keen to take on responsibility quickly and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Consultative and a problem-solver
  • Bright, driven and a fast-learner
  • A passion for technology and/or healthcare would be beneficial
