The Company

Unifrog is a multi-award winning startup on a mission to transform careers guidance in the UK and abroad. Our online platform makes it easy for students to find and apply for university courses in the UK, USA and the Netherlands, as well as UK apprenticeships and Further Education courses. We also help teachers to track their students’ progress and give good guidance.

In just four years we have become the market leader, lauded by students, teachers, politicians and business leaders. From a standing start, 20% of UK secondary schools now use Unifrog, with strong international expansion plans.

The Role

We have a committed and dynamic team, a growing set of products, a very strong reputation in our market, and a rapidly increasing customer base. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Account Manager to help propel our growth in the London area. You will bring new partner schools on board, support our current partners to make the most of the platform and help us improve the product.

This is a fulfilling role which will allow you to make a real difference to schools, while also being in an entrepreneurial fast growing environment.

The Person

  • A passion for education and the education sector
  • 2:1 or above from a top university
  • Very personable, naturally getting on with people, but also resilient.
  • Track record of excellent customer relationship management
  • Highly motivated to reach and exceed personal and team targets
  • Strong communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A strong sales track record would be great, but it's a soft, relationship based sell. We are not looking for a hard ruthless sales type.
  • Ability to learn quickly, both in terms of familiarizing yourself with the education sector, and in terms of grasping what works and what doesn’t when interacting with prospective customers
  • Although you will have an office space in our central London office, you must be happy to spend a lot of time visiting schools in your area.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
