Leadership Development Platform – Account Manager

Our client is a disruptive leadership development platform led by top tier consultants and academics looking for an exceptional candidate to join as an Account Manager. By integrating advances in behavioural science, positive psychology and technology, they have created a programme to develop healthy, happy, productive and inspirational leaders.

As an Account Manager, you will have ownership of client accounts and your main focus will be to ensure high-quality, tailored delivery of the leadership development programme to various organisations. Working in a small team of highly motivated experts, you will rapidly accelerate your professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Project managing the entire programme delivery cycle for 5-10 key client accounts
  • Ensuring constant communication with the clients in order to understand how the product can best be customized to their needs
  • Supporting programme kick-offs, creatively problem-solving to overcome challenges and helping to maximise participant engagement in improving the programme

Requirements:

  • A 2.1 or higher degree from a top university, ideally in Psychology/Anthropology/Occupational Psychology/Organisational Behaviour or similar
  • 1-3 years experience in a client facing role/within a consultancy/within change management
  • A good grasp of Excel and an understanding of data
  • SPSS/other data software would constitute an advantage
