They are looking for bright and intellectually curious individuals with a quantitative degree to join their London team. You'll be helping to manage the operational side of the trading desk's activities and managing regular profit improving projects. Importantly, you'll be allocated to a specific trading team and will sit amongst them to work collaboratively with them throughout each day.

We're looking for a self-motivated problem solver with a quantitative degree such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering, who is naturally meticulous and conscientious. Attention to detail is essential for spotting errors, recognizing trends and developing projects.

We are looking for:

• A 2:1 or higher in a scientific or quantitative degree

• A basic understanding of a programming language with a real curioisty and drive to learn more about different languages

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• A collaborative approach and an enjoyment of problem solving in such an environment
