Freshminds is working with a VC-backed HealthTech scale-up that is looking to build a newly formed Strategy function.

You’ll be working on a number of key initiatives at what is an incredibly exciting period for this growing business, such as:

-          Designing and delivering international expansion plans

-          Undertaking research and due diligence projects into potential new products and services

-          Understanding how the business can make better use of the data it is collecting

What we’re looking for:

-          3+ years’ experience at an established management/strategy consulting firm

-          A demonstrable interest and passion for working in healthcare, even if you haven’t had lots of project experience in the space

-          Core ‘consulting skill set’ i.e. the ability to balance excellent analytical and research skills with high levels of stakeholder acumen and commercial awareness

-          Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes as part of working in a high-growth business
