We’ve partnered with a fast-growing boutique consultancy which specialise in working with people to deliver sustainable change and performance improvement based on data insights. Their main services include strategy execution, operational excellence and operating model design/ re-design.

They are seeking a Senior Consultant who will join a growing team and work with clients to manage delivery of multiple complex projects, majority of which will have an operational excellence component.

Requirements

• Ideally 4+ years management consulting experience advising clients on large-scale change and/or transformation programmes

• Ideally experience of working across the Utilities and/or infrastructure sectors.

• Ability to manage client stakeholders and build relationships

• Experience using analytical visualization tools like PowerBI / Tableau
