A corporate finance advisory firm is looking for an analyst to join their Research and Development team. 

This team provides high-quality research to enhance the firm's deal origination, business development and marketing functions. The company works across sectors and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a fast-paced and demanding role. 

Responsibilities 

- Analysing prospective companies and markets 

- Research and analytical work for pitches, approaches and meetings

- Contacting potential clients 

- Gaining an understanding of recent M&A transactions

Background

- 12 months experience in a commercial, office based role

- Degree, 2:1 or above demonstrating qualitative research methods 

- Interest in financial services
