Our client is an intermediary advisor and fundraising partner that connects fund managers with those seeking to raise capital. They are looking for the support of a real estate investment advisor, with strong experience within the commercial real-estate market. With strong analytical and content creation capability already within the team, they need someone who can bring a good knowledge of the real estate market - especially a network of investors - as well as experience of creating and managing data rooms for co-investment and joint-venture deals, to be able to map the potential investor markets.

Key responsibilities:

You will be working closely with senior management and will be responsible for:

  • Directly supporting the raising of funds from institutional investors
  • Creating a market map of potential investors and the current investor market within real estate
  • Structuring and presenting of dataroom materials (supported by an analytics function)
  • Potentially supporting outbound activities to some investors (or supporting partner group in executing this - utilizing your real estate investors network to facilitate that)

Consultant profile:

  • Investment banking experience, specifically within commercial real estate, with evidence of supporting on commercial real estate transaction work
  • Strong knowledge of real estate institutional investor market
  • Ability to structure data into compelling stories, and familiarity with the requirements of IM materials

Details:

  • Start date: within October
  • Duration: 2-3 months
  • Location: ideally able to be 3 days a week in London office, but flexible on this. Will also consider people who are available part time
