An investment firm focused on emerging markets is looking for a project manager to lead an HR systems and technology workstream as part of a wider change and transformation programme. The project will span their global operations, reporting to the HR Director with operational oversight from the Head of PMO. With significant headcount growth, our client is looking to build systems and processes that will support and enable the scaling of their HR capabilities.

As a project manager you will see the HR systems transformation from the initial scoping and design, through to implementation.

Objectives will include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and understand the as-is systems and capabilities;
  • Develop and prioritise requirements that support agreed HR process changes;
  • Assess and select technology partners capable of delivering requirements;
  • Collaborate with business units, IT, and third parties to plan and execute roll out;
  • Work with PMO to ensure change management and comms plans support effective roll out;

Consultant profile:

  • Demonstrable record of technology and systems based change management;
  • Experience of HR systems and technology, and an understanding of key HR challenges;
  • Very clear planner and communicator - able to interface with a wide stakeholder set;
  • Structured approach to change management, able to take stakeholders through the firm ' s change journey ;


Location: Mostly remote working, with some London HQ work

Start date : early to mid-May

Duration : 12 -18 months

Day Rate : £300- 500 Ltd (depending on experience)
