Pricing & Strategic Projects Manager

We’ve partnered with a PE backed, a global leader in the talent and digital innovation space, who are seeking to bring on board a Pricing & Strategic Projects Manager to join their highly experienced team. 

This is a hands-on roll for someone who is looking to gain experience in a PE backed global business through development and implementation of key initiatives that have a direct impact on profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering added value to pricing strategy development and implementation through analysis and insight.
  • Supporting a major pricing transformation project that is focused on moving pricing strategy, processes and execution from the current low level to a point where price optimisation strategies can be successfully implemented and realised.
  • Working directly with the CFO and leading on key strategic projects (sponsored by the CEO and Executive team) targeted directly at maximising the overall value of the business.
  • Managing the process of insight and feedback directly to the Executive team, through to follow on actions and implementation of recommendations. 

Requirements:

  • Ideally, 5+ years of experience within strategy or management consulting and/or industry
  • Preferably, exposure to pricing projects / commercial roles in a B2B business, ideally with SaaS or Enterprise Software
  • Sound technical ability including advanced Excel and experience using Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc.
  • Hands-on approach of getting things done and being a self-starter
  • Strong communication skills with experience of cross functional stakeholder management

Details:

  • Salary – Up to £100,000 Base + Bonus
  • Hybrid working model – ideally 2 days a week in the office
