Logistics Strategy Manager

An international logistics business are looking for a Strategy Manager to explore the growth opportunities for the business and present these to the Board in a series of recommendations. Growth ideas that require exploration are digital innovation and consumer-led selling and the successful consultant will need to assess these implications on the wider business. 

You will be working alongside the central strategy team and the CEO to develop and present the strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate “white board” sessions with central team on key topics

• Structure all specific analyses and scope of work for each strategic opportunity

• Liaise and communicate with the strategy steering committee

• Construct a final powerpoint deck to deliver to CEO (who will present to Board)

Consultant Requirements

• Manager-level consultant, ideally with knowledge of the transport / logistics space

• Experience with senior stakeholder management

• Humble, down-to-earth, and with experience in project implementation 

• Consulting experience from a strategy/management consultancy

• Day rate: £800 - £1,000

• Duration: 5 months
