A global consulting firm is looking for a Junior/Mid level Consultant with experience in TOM and Org Design to support the development of sales capabilities within its a functional expertise.

The role will sit at the centre of a newly emerging Sales Excellence capability supporting the Op Model and Org Design offering, as well as supporting MDs across the business. You will work with both areas to ensure alignment in the launch and roll out of the offerings, providing strong research and analytical ability combined with commercial acumen to assess potential opportunities.

Objectives include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct market research and opportunity tracking to identify potential partnerships and clients
  • Work alongside Op Model and Org Design leadership to evaluate best roll out roadmap
  • Develop marketing materials and sales information to inform MDs on business development opportunities

 Requirements:

  • Consulting experience, up to Sr Consultant level
  • Knowledge / experience of Op Model and Org Design is highly favourable
  • Commercial acumen, with a bias for action and an energetic approach
  • Interest / experience in working in a fast-pace environment

 General Information:

  • This role will be INSIDE IR35
  • Location: Remote, must be based in the UK
  • Day rate: c £450-550 PAYE (dependent on experience)
  • Start: Early March
  • Duration: 6months (likely to extend to 12)
