Job Title(s): Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant 

A global strategy consulting firm is seeking French, Spanish, and/or German speaking contractors to join the team, from junior consultant to senior consultant level.

You will work as a fungible strategy consultant across a wide range of strategy engagements, supporting delivery teams facing capacity constraints across multiple European markets. The role involves working closely with top-tier strategy consultancy teams to deliver high-quality analysis and client-ready outputs across varied industries and topics.

Responsibilities (varies with level):

• Support delivery of strategy consulting engagements across multiple industries, including financial services, automotive and broader corporate strategy
• Conduct structured problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Develop clear, concise and client-ready presentations
• Contribute to commercial due diligence, growth strategy, market entry and operational strategy projects
• Work flexibly across different teams and topics as project demand shifts
• Support business development or internal initiatives during bench periods
• Collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional teams

Level-related requirements:

• Junior Consultant: Must have excellent academics and at least 1-2 years' experience strategy, financial services, investment banking, private equity or analytical roles.
• Consultant to Senior Consultant: 3-6 years; experience. Must have prior experience in a top-tier or well-regarded strategy consultancy or advisory team.

General requirements:

• Excellent analytical, structuring and slide-writing skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, German or Spanish is highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Europe

• Duration: Rolling contracts (e.g. ~3 months+)
• Day rate: Dependent on experience
• Location: Hybrid, Europe-wide (including UK); Zurich-based roles require on-site presence and right to work in Switzerland
