Our client provides private equity firms, hedge funds and strategy consultants with the information that they need to understand the value of their investment opportunities. They do this by mapping the market and identifying experts across all industries through recruitment resourcing, reaching out to these experts and arranging a call with the end client. These experts could be ex-partners of top tier strategy firms and the likes of the big four.

Background

Our client has a team who focus international markets. They are looking to build a London team and require native Japanese, Korean and Mandarin speakers to join them on an interim basis for a 2 month contract. For those who excel there is the opportunity to go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Breaking down industry value chains and identifying relevant types of experts. Applying desk research skills to use LinkedIn as a tool to map out industry markets to engage with experts.
• Cold or warm calling to senior industry experts in English and your native language to convince them to consult through the company
• Writing up introductory biographies of industry experts to showcase their experience and talent relevant for projects
• You will have numerical daily and monthly targets to hit and you will be juggling several tasks at once in fast paced environment

Candidate Requirements

• 2:1 minimum degree
• Goal driven mind set, with the ability to self-manage and take responsibility to monitor performance to reach set targets (experience working towards daily targets is an advantage)
• Qualitative experience in one or all of lead generation, phone research, telephone interviews, cold calling, business development
• Ability to engage others with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and your native language
• Ability to balance multiple priorities at once, manage time effectively, communication with internal stakeholders
• Must be able to work full-time on a valid visa
