A unique and highly impressive investment business which focuses on a quality approach to create a well-diversified portfolio is looking for an Associate to join their team. This is a small firm with an incredibly high calibre team so a driven, humble and hardworking approach is a must.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an IB or strategy consulting background to make an impact early on as well as enjoy a lot of exposure and a learning curve.

You will need 

• A 2:1 or higher degree from a top university 

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or strategy consulting 

• Exceptional analytical ability and strong research skills 

• A relationship builder 

• A curious mind and a passion for working in investments. 

• A quality-driven, principled approach to work 

This role offers unparalled exposure and there will also be opportunity for international travel a few times’ a year. You will be working with senior individuals from the outset so the ability to hit the ground running is a must.
