A leading consultancy specialising within procurement are seeking diligent researchers and analysts to assist across teams for their global telecommunication client.

 

Researchers will assist the team through a variety of administrative and research tasks, supporting with procurement contracts and processes along with liaising with a variety of contacts. 

 

Researcher Responsibilities

  • Support with a variety of administrative and secondary research tasks

  • Provide secretariat services for various stakeholders throughout the project, ranging in seniority

 

Researcher Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Proactive in nature, resourceful and resilient – must be analytical, inquisitive and a problem solver

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 

Analysts will assist through a variety of analytical tasks sourcing and managing a range of procurement tenders and contracts using Excel alongside supporting a range of stakeholders.

 

Analyst Responsibilities

  • Extensive data analysis within Excel, supporting with analysis of contracts, tenders, financial data etc.

  • Facilitate the team by managing various contracts and tenders varying in value

  • Provide additional analytical support on various tasks as and when required

 

Analyst Requirements

  • Highly numerate and analytical – must ideally have a quantitative degree from a top-tier University.

  • Competent utilising VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to complete data analysis within Microsoft Excel 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 

Details

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Day rate: £130 - £170 dependent upon experience

  • Duration: 1 month – potential for extension

  • Location: Remote

  • Hours: Typically, 10 hours (inc. 1-hour break) however on occasion may flex to 12 hours when the workstream is busy
