Customer Specialist, Energy Start Up

We’re working with a tech start-up in the energy space that is funded by a leading UK bank – the business was set-up by two ex-management consultants and is dedicated to helping consumers find the best deals in the market.

On the back of the funding they have recently received they are looking to ramp up their customer base in 2020 and are therefore looking for a bright, motivated individual to their customer experience team.

You’ll be responsible for both dealing with customer queries, as well as putting processes in place to automate things where possible and liaise with the tech/product functions to build a market-leading offering.

What we’re looking for:

-          You must have at least 6+ months experience in customer service or experience at an energy business or comparison site

-          Great communication skills

-          Super-organised and process driven
