Customer Growth and Retention Strategy Consultant

A boutique consultancy is looking for Consultants/Senior Consultants with customer lifetime value and customer retention/acquisition experience, ideally within digital subscription, to consult on commercial strategy projects - typically related to helping businesses grow and protect their user retention. You will be a former strategy consultant who is well experienced in customer strategy, either B2B or B2C.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship management of key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Data analysis and recommendations of enhancing business performance, some financial modelling will also be required
  • Facilitation of workshops (including virtually)
  • Strong project management and ability to work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines

Consultant requirements

  • Strategy or management consulting experience essential
  • Customer strategy, both B2B or B2C is relevant
  • Experience working with subscription businesses is desired


  • Duration: 3 months, possibility to extend beyond
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Day rate: £500 - 700 LTD
  • Location: Remote
