Consultant, Customer Strategy

A boutique consultancy is looking for Consultants/Senior Consultants with customer lifetime value and customer retention/acquisition experience, ideally within digital subscription, to consult on commercial strategy projects - typically related to helping businesses grow and protect their user retention. You will be a former management/strategy consultant who are well experienced in customer strategy, either B2B or B2C.

Additional experience in subscription based businesses is ideal, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship management of key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Data analysis and recommendations of enhancing business performance, some financial modelling will also be required
  • Facilitation of workshops (including virtually)
  • Strong project management and ability to work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines

Consultant requirements

  • Strategy or management consulting experience essential
  • Experience working with subscription businesses is ideal


  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Start date: end of November
  • Day rate: £550-650 ltd
  • Location: Remote
