A rapidly scaling and PE-backed manufacturer is building a new commercial function and is hiring a Commercial Analyst to sit at the centre of pricing, demand forecasting, product range planning, and channel performance across UK, EU and US markets.

What you'll do:

• Own pricing and promotional planning across multiple channels
• Drive demand forecasting and ensure the right ranges for each market
• Analyse channel performance and provide data?driven commercial recommendations
• Coordinate between product, sales, operations and manufacturing
• Help build new commercial processes in a fast?growth, evolving environment

What we're looking for:

• 2-5+ years' experience in consumer, retail, manufacturing, consulting or similar
• Strong analytical skillset (Excel essential; Tableau/Power BI beneficial)
• Commercially minded with confidence influencing stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast?paced, data-driven, high?performance environment
• Strong academic background
