A FTSE100 company is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to work closely with the Director of Marketing in the running of their marketing transformation programme focussed on business change and system upgrades. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and leading effective delivery governance framework
• High-level planning of the programme including critical path analysis
• Managing programme risk and escalation as necessary 
• Representing the programme at programme boards/steercos

You will have:

• 7+ years Consulting experience, and extensive experience in change management and organisational transformation 
• Strong capabilities in all areas of programme delivery 
• Ideal blend of consulting and industry experience
